Heater control panel lights

heater control panel lights not working bulbs are ok but i cant find which fuse is used for the bulbs as far as i know all other electrics are working .Any help would be much appreciated
the car is a fiat doblo but all fiats i would think would be much the same

Ah my heater position dial lost its light last night and I was fumbling in the dark trying to set the heat. How do I get to the bulbs?
