Technical heater / blower not working properly

hi guys
could anyone help ? I have a bravo 1.9 diesel 150 sport ,I have a problem with the heater / blower ,the fan is working but there is no hot / cold air coming into the car, could it be as simple as a pipe coming off or something more, I am new here & don't know how the site works yet, any help would be gratfull

Dose your car temp gauge show the car heating up normally and remaining constant?
Coolant level ok?
Does air con work and cool?

If it's just heat your lacking it could be your heater matrix playing up...
