The heated screen is not working on my MK1, I initially thought it was a connection on the screen itself and repaired this but no luck.
The body contact block is supplying power when the boot is open but it does not seem to pass to the tailgate contact block for the screen.
The rear wiper is working fine.
Is the supply to the rear screen permanent?
I notice one of the contacts shares a wire that goes to both the wiper and screen.
Could it be a faulty tailgate contact block? Anybody any ideas?
