I have a 2013 Peugeot boxer Motorhome, these are built on a chassis cab , I bought a new (used headliner and it doesn’t fit ? Mine is a l3 h1
Can anyone advise, cheers

Unless I am mistaken there is no such thing as an l3 h1 2013 Boxer/Relay/Ducato
The longest H1 is the L2. When the length gets to L3 and L4, the height is either H2 or H3

Can you be more specific about why it doesn't fit?
Some had holes in to mount the parcel shelf where fitted.
IIRC the parcel shelf (and central glove box) was standard until about 2013

Around that time the steel bulkhead became a legal requirement on panel vans, so you could no longer order a panel van without the bulkhead unless you got type approval for it yourself. The steel bulkhead is easily removed (just a few bolts) but then you find the cab trim has been cut back to accommodate it. Headlining is still the same though.
 
It’s a Motorhome 7.4 long, I’ve taken a headlining from my low loader Peugeot boxer for now , these are the different headliners
