Hello all, hope someone can help me please, I have a 2008 ducato with a swift motorhome attached to it, whilst driving home yesterday the headlights went off quite a few times, to remedy this I have to turn the lights off on the switch then back on, there's no set time until it happens again, I've taken out & pushed back in all the relays under the steering column, I thought all was OK, the van was sat ticking over and it happened again, not once but twice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is the Dipped Beam packet. The pdf drawings are not very clear so also attached a jpeg. As it is both sides a starting point could be the relay in the dash fuse box. The relay is switched by the Body Computer in response to the input from the switch.

Sorry to be a Jonah, but I would not pin great hopes on that being a cure.
Any ideas on what I might try next?
Ive Popped the relays tonight & cleaned them also cleaned the connector on the stalk with contact cleaner, tightened up the earth lead from the battery and replaced a number plate bulb, thought I had solved it & had it ticking over with the lights on for 5 minutes and it faulted...
Left it for about an hour,
Then gave it a 40 minute run useing main & dipped beam & it didn't fault once...
it's frustrating 😒
