Headlights

I have a 03 plate punto 8v how do you convert to fog light front headlights I have a switch panel from a sporting that has the front fog switch , now when ive had standard spec cars in the past it had the wiring for fogs etc already there it was just a matter of popping out the blanking plate for the switch put in the fuse and that was it. do puntos work like this.
