Technical headlight bulbs

Ive just purchased a 2010 doblo cargo ( new shape )

And Im confused by the headlight bulb layout..

Yes theres indicators at the top but then theres 4 other bulbs in each headlight.

So one is sidelight, I persume a dipped and then a full beam, whats the 4th one as It doesnt light up ?

and for some strange reason you either have lights on or not, you cant drive with just the sidelights on as I cant seem to find a way of just having them on as theres only one light setting... Or Am i missing something

Does it have daytime running lamps. This information is probably in the handbook.
