Hello I maybe have a bad head gasket there is oil in the coolant.
,But I have testet with a co 2 Headgasket tester kit today and and the fluid doesn’t turn into green that will say bad head gasket. And stays blue, So can it be the oil cooler ?

Not a common problem, but an oil cooler leak should be considered. Provided that a replacement cooler can be obtained, than perhaps an easier task to change it.

I have attached extracts from Fiat eLearn, and Iveco manual. eLearn seems to overlook draining the cooling system, but the tightening torque for the cooler may be useful.

Thanks very useful information. I found a new orginal cooler with number from eper. But I am not sour if it the oil cooler that cause that problem, I was hoping there where any fiat experts that could tell me if it is the problem

Yes it could be oil cooler.

To check; disconnect the coolant pipes from the oil cooler, then join the coolant pipes together with suitable pipe and hose clips . Run the engine and look for oil coming from the open coolant ports of the oil cooler.

Ok thanks. I have taken the oil cooler off now and I will pressure test it an bottle of water and see for bubbles

,Do you now what it can be then ?
