Head Units / Speaker Problems

I know this has probably been done to death on here but does anyone know of a head unit that works with the Grundig changer?

I would rather keep it if possible.

Also, has anyone else had trouble with water leaking onto the back of the door speakers? I have had my Bravo back to Fiat initially because of a rattle in the door. They fixed it (well, as well as Fiat Dealers can, but now when I park up-hill and it rains the speaker seems to cop it; I've even had rain drops on the door speaker grill!!

Any help would be well received!

James, Read the bravo guide, www.bravo-guide.co.uk, the Repair section will tell you where the problem is and nige has been nice enough to include a couple of pics!
I have this problem a while ago, so following nige's advice i removed all the leaves and **** from near the bonnet hinge and it stopped the water getting in!
