Technical Head gasket questions

Hello, time to change hg on my 1108 8v mpi. It uses soft gasket 1.25mm thicker, want to fit grande punto 1242 8v metal gasket (mls) 0.45mm

It's straight fit mounting ? or it needs some "tricks" ?

And for turbo conversion, most people uses 2 mls gasket with a decomp plate (spacer) , sort like a sandwich. Did they "glue" the gaskets to the plate or just put them and tight the head?

You arent supposed to use 2 gaskets for a decomp plate, the plate should be bonded to the block and then a gasket used between plate and head
