Hi

looking at a 2005 but it is a prefacelift model so suspect it was a 2004 model that was reg in 2005. The dealer dorsn't think it has remote lock on it but it has air, parking sensors and headlight washers that all seem to suggest it was the upgraded model so is there really a chance it didn't come with a remote lock? I'm wondering if they perhaps lost the remote key?

Any thoughts? Also anyone know how long the fiat warranty would have been back in 2005?

Hi
Im not sure about the sx model but as far as i know the elx model should come with remote central locking.
I have also been told that there is a transponder in the keys that are coded to the car at fiat and was told to make sure when i bought my multipla to make sure that it had both keys as thay can be expensive.
Hope this helps.

Mine came with two blue keys and the remote locking button was on them both. So, if your key doesn't have the wee button, then I suppose it doesn't have remote locking...
