Technical Has anyone replaced the dash on their spider with a reproduction from AIP?

Thinking about doing this but don't know whether to go with a dash top repair or shelling out a couple of hundred on a whole new one.

What's the skill level in doing something like this? This is my first car and Fiat, I did most of the work myself on the interior.

Can you guys give me some tips for replacing the dash. Like how to start.
