I've got a 2004 Ducato based motorhome and the handbrake was squeaking/rubbing.
I've removed top hat disc and one of the securing pins was missing.
The shoes are fairly worn so while it's stripped decided to fit new ones and new pins and springs.
Here's where I've hit problems. I can't get the bloody shoes back on. I've tried always to fit them but can't get them on with the bottom spring.
Does anyone have a link to a video or schematic diagram to help me get them back on?
The handbrake mechanism is at the bottom which makes it difficult to see.
Help please.

Put the springs on the shoes and wriggle them over the hub. Then fit the retaining pins and springs. Now use a tyre lever or big screwdriver between the hub and the shoe to give enough space to squeeze the adjuster and actuator back in.
