Hand break

Hi

I have a HLX and when I am stationary and pull away, the handbrake light flickers on the dashboard and a slight grinding noise is heard. I have had this cheked and was told the brakes where fine.

Did they check the brake Fluid level, when you set off it throws the fluid about in the tank thus making the light flicker
