Hand brake problem

Had my Bravo in at the garage on wednesday for an oil change and to have the brakes looked at. Front pads, and new rear drums, the car's only done 31000 miles and i thought the drums had worn quickly but the guy in the garage said it's common thing on bravo-A's. Anyway i picked the car up in the afternoon and the handbrake was coming up just a couple of clicks, which i liked coz i use the car to teach people to drive and it would be easier for them to take off. But within a day the hand brake was back up to where it was before, about five clicks. Has anybody else experienced the brake drums wearing so quickly? and is the handbrake coming up so high the same on other bravo's (i've had the car from six months old 12000 miles and the lever has come up fairly high but not this far)I'd be grateful for your replies before i take it back to the garage. Bravo handbrakes

I think it's just the nature of the handbrakes. The past Fiats my family have had (Unos x 2, Tipo, Punto, Cinquecento and Seicento), all the handbrakes have been dodgy and you have had to pull them up a fair way.
