According to the webby, strathy aint the coll place it used to be, too many incidents to make it worth going, shame cos I always wanted to go in my own car but some junkie ned isn't gettign the opportunity to destroy it cos they don't have anything nice.

I remember getting a blooming puncture in Strathy on a Sun night meet years ago in my MK1 XR2 which sat so low to the ground the jack didn't fit under the body, had to enlist the help of 3 guys to lift the front up to get the jack under, lol.
The last time I went, which was about 18months ago when I drove up to Scotland in the integrale to see family/friends etc but I have mate who lives just 5 mins away Motherwell, so popped in Strathy & there were a fair few "bams" hanging out Escort Cabs drinking Bucky doing burn outs etc but they are out numbered by decent folk, and there are some nice cars.
