Styling GT lights, what's different, and can I repair them?

Found a set of GT lights on an early mk1 1,.6 90ELX yesterday, problem is the plastic things that hold it in place are smashed, all of them, just wondering if I can take light unit out and swap my std mk1 headlight plastic bits for the GT ones, so they'll fit?

and also is the wiring the same for it as it is for a base model?

has anyone got a pic of what they look like lit up on sides, dipped, full? Just I got some expensive phillips bulbs and don't want to have to buy different types for these?

should be the same.
only difference in the headlights is one of the gt models had slightly smoked headlights iirc

iirc the GT headlights had dual bulbs, rather than H4 ones...

ah thats what I was getting at,

gonna get them anyway, and maybe bodge em in, I know the yard guys pretty well, and they charge me peanuts for stuff like that thats weird and wonderful (usually broken or damaged) as no one else but me has a use for it, and there is a 98% chance it would just get crushed with all these goodies as no one else local knows its signifcance

yeah they are twins inside, not sure if the case is the same or not, i think insides are easy to take out, ang glass comes off very easy after 10-15 minuets in the oven on 150 deg,
someone was looking for a 1.6 ecu the otherday iirc

get the rear ligths, could sell for more than you get them for! plus abarth_will on psc may want them...

why whats special about the rears?

tell me who's interested in the ECU and I'll PM them

so who wants the ecu and I'll get it, and keys if I can
