General Grinding Noise From Front Wheels???

Hi all.

Hope someone can help, whilst driving I've noticed a droning noise coming from somewhere (not sure where though!) I presumed it was the wheel bearings but I've just jacked it up and spun the rear wheels - no noise at all,
spun the front and I can hear grinding coming from the break pad area. I had new pads fitted 2 weeks ago so it cant be that. Could it be the disc itself (looks ok) or is that the sound you'd expect from front wheel bearing being shot?

Could be a stone stuck between the pad and disc.

:yeahthat: or maybe u have faulty pads? - might be down to bare metal and is scoring a burr..
