grill

the grill on my HGT seems broken on the sides and now, it just hangs from the
2 upper clinches grabbing the top. so i want to take it out.
but, is it easy? and can i actually leave it like that. i dont think it can cause any real damage to the radiator can it.

cant really get a grill now, is it safe to leave it like that??

3 nuts on the back takes it off but looks 'orrible. Wont hurt to leave it.

The grille on yours must have mesh in if you're worried about exposing the radiator. A lot of models don't have the mesh, the grille is just a decorative trim to make the bonnet look pretty!

the grill is intact. didnt mesh or anything. its just broken on both clips holding it below. so its kinda flimsy now. hangs a bit in the air.
the 2 upper clips are clinching it to the metal.

they are only £30ish new anyway. Either get a new one or one from a scrappy!

hmm..

i took it off just to see. man! what an ugly site it was!
the radiaor exposed to outside air. too risky if you ask me.
so i just left it there like that. better than nothing.
ill just buy one and end it.
