124 Spider (Classic) Greetings from Tx

Greetings from the gulf coast of Texas, my current state of restoring my 1982 spider 2000 had some cowl and rust holes near the door pillar. Still have another year of work before I can paint and do complete color change. To merrone metallic (root beer brown) tan and tan someone put 79 stuff in the interior so still have a long way to go.

Ah, the image just appeared - don't know what that glitch was all about. That looks like a real project you've taken on there. I'm guessing rust probably isn't such an issue as it is with us where the roads are salted for maybe a quarter of the year? Please do keep us updated as you progress.
