I have a brand new Grande with a blaupunkt head unit fitted as standard. It is the CD player unit not the CD/MP3 unit.

When selecting the Audio menu several options are available such as bass, treble fader etc.... and also EQ... the EQ allows you to select several Preset settings such as classic or rock (all sound dreadful!) then there is a user setting which I am guessing is to allow you to set your EQ curve however I have been unable to find any way of adjusting it!

the manual does not go into any detail.

Previously I had an Alfa with a very similar radio in it and it was easy to use the EQ...

Any help would be gratefully appreciated! :D

In my doblo I used to have a CD player (probably not the same though) and in the manual it said something about holding down the "Audio Selector" (or whatever you call it) button whilst your on that "User" selection, and it will show 7 bars which you can move up and down. I shall take a look in the manual when I get chance but I'm sure this was it. Worth a try? :)

thanks, that would be great.

Even fiat and blaubunkt have been unable to answer!

When i get to the user setting i get the 7 bars that are flat but i can not move them. if i use up or down i get bass/treble scrolling etc... if i use left or right it just takes me into the presets classic/rock etc...

Press other buttons src etc just keep button bashing. I have to use the source button to select things on mine and its an aftermarket unit.

all you have 2 do is hold down the 4 way selector just press it all in at once and then it will let you select the 7 bars where you like em. hope it helps.
