Grande Punto Grande punto cleaning throttle body & changing air filter

I was just wondering if there was a guide for cleaning the throttle body on 1.2 8v GP? I had a look at the mk2 guide but it looked like it was a slightly different process to the GP. I know it's a simple job, but it involves the removal of throttle sensors so I don't want to break anything!

I was also wondering if anyone had any advice about installing an induction setup where the filter was easier to change. I dont fancy having to mess on with 6 awkward screws everytime I change the air filter... Would I come across any problems with sensors due to airflow etc... if I changed the airbox?
