Before I sold my beloved GPS - Razo, I did a couple quick vids to demonstrate what the sound is like with a cheap cone filter (would be similar with a proper induction kit) on the 1.6 Multijet;

High throttle with low revs gives a nice chatter when you let off (sounds like the car is laughing), at about 1750 rpm and appropriate gear the turbo spools up with a nice whistle (hard to hear in vid) and over 2k letting off throttle gives a clear crisp blow off.
The engine sounds much more gruff as well and lets the twin-cam noise out a little but not as much as I was hoping.
I personally loved it, made the car a right laugh to drive, the standard diesel sounds was dull in my opinion but I understand this is not to everyone's taste :p

Sounds a lot like my mates 1.7 corsa with a k&n Apollo induction kit , is a good laugh with some strange looks as you go past people lol
