I got matt black on my blue 1.9. Fitted it in the cold, not recomended, do it when the weathers warm or in a heated garage, take your time its fiddly to keep the wrinkles out of it on the top fold under the top rad grill. Good Luck!

was going to get a proper vinyl shop to do it nfor me prob only cost about a £10er

I'd vote matt black as well. And getting the vinyl shop to fit it is a good idea. Where I used to work we got quite a lot of customers trying to save a few £ by fitting the vinyl them selves ("how hard can it be?"), only to come back a few days later asking us to do it

Oh yea... its hard alright! Do-able but hard to get right. I did mine for 2 reasons, 1) to see if I liked it and 2) to see how awkward it was and what its worth paying to have it done if I like it. TBH no-one has noticed!

Indeed it is! No-one in my family noticed, nor my neighbours or any mates....

Maybe some other GP owners in Telford have spotted it but havnt put it, me and Ffoxy in the same sentence lol!

I think its cos my car is New Orleans Blue and the vinyl is far less obvious than on a Red White or Orange GP (as in my PM)

Did mine myself for £2.00 looks good. Pay a bodyshop or signwriter or whatever the amount you and they agree to supply and fit. A £10er is mentioned above.

How do I go about removing the front grille?

you pull the top and bottom grills out, take the number plates off, clean the area and then stick the vinyl on...

don't do it, it makes it look like a peugeot 207/8? which is a car body ontop of a tall box. break it up a bit with the colour!
