Annoying me now, I must have counted 10 Grande Puntos on my possibly 2 mile trip to and from work...

Everyone has them now, good looks being cancelled out by 'commonness':(

Whether its just Telford where these things are selling like hotcakes, I dont know, just a shame as I didnt expect to see this many on the roads this quickly

The original ford focus was considered to have a 'radical' design when it first hit the streets, wouldnt think that now would you?

Looks like its time to buy something 'different' lol....3Door Stilo!

today i have seen a black 56 reg multijet stilo, 2 red stilos, all on the way to work, and then i overtook another different stilo on my home from work (the long way which includes fast a-roads and the motorways :D). 4 in one day :eek:

all 3 drs as well

must add, mine looked the nicest though

No way man.....Good Taste more like:D

FIATs as breed are pretty exclusive in the UK (I reckon all the FIATs I see in a day don't add-up to number of 3-Series I see). Perhaps its just a local hire fleet that has them on at the moment; they'll be gone in six months and you can relax again...

You musy live somewhere posh. I usually see at least 6-7 GPs on my 15 mile drive to work and maybe only 1-2 3 series. Usually only one other Brava mind (the same one every day) :)

A couple in the works car park along with on eon the way to work.

A like to think discerning people with taste

Ye, dead posh in Basingstoke! FIATs are what most people's gardeners drive!

Funny though, when I got my 10 year old Coupe it was more of a talking point in the office than any of the more expensive more recent 'prestige' cars in the car park...

If you want to own a GP and have exclusivity, move to Australia. Ateco is doing a great job at keeping Fiat exclusive here. :D :(

Troy.

Well its almost 1.5 years since the GP was here and sales really never took off (not that I could see anyway).

That said I read somewhere the 500 has already been sold out for 5 months so wouldn't be surprised if we start to see them shortly.

Plus the Ritmo (man that name sux!) has just gone on sale here (I think).

Yeah I have seen both the 500 and the Ritmo at the dealer (Both are nice looking cars). Apparently the allocation for 500's is 500 cars for the year, and I was reading that Ateco are only expecting to sell 400 Ritmo's for the year.

I'm not totally sure in total. From what I could find 2007 sales figures for Fiat in Australia was 1712 vehicles, with 971 of those commercial vehicles (Ducato). That would leave 741 sales for the Punto.
