General gp 1.9 sporting fog lights not working

both spot fog lights not working but dash light is?

bulbs blown maybe sometimes when one blows the oter does too with them being on the same circuit.

Bulbs would be my first port of call, unless they both stopped working at exactly the same time.

It says in handbook to go to dealer for bulb replacement, is it not a diy job?

It is but is a little harder to do on the 1.9 you need to take the wheel off and remove the wheel arch lining to get to the back of the fog light unit to replace the bulb nit a 5 min jib but probably take around an hour to do if you took your time maybe a little longer if you cleaned everything while you were at it

is the fuse box in the engine bay or behind glove box also cigarette lighter not working

Engine bay above passenger side wheel make sure you refit the lid properly its a pig to do

it says in handbook its f31 15amp but its 20 amp that's in also all other fuses appear to be wrong amps according to handbook, also do you know where the fuse is for cigarette lighter as this is not working too,
