Hiya all. Got my car back yesterday after getting the cylinder head and timing belt done. Parked it in my drive when i got home and the engine was covered in oil, and it was dripping from the bottom of the car. Took it back, and it turns out they forgot to tighten summin up :x , so i picked my car up again this morning and its running sweet as well happy

Its not the 1st time Arnold Clark made a balls up with us. When I had my dads Stilo, it had to go in to get the tracking sorted after being recalled. When I picked the car up, they forgot to mention that the front tyres were down to the canvas at the edges. I believe if i got stopped i would have got a fine and points, however, we took it back and got free tyres. :lol: Its a pity A.C are the only fiat dealer in Dundee cos their after sales is pish!

Thats a shame that. I've found the parts dept to be very good, obviously not the case with the rest of the place!

oh yeah, i agree, i cant fault the parts dept. Its the servicing that sucks.

Parts dept not up to much in Aberdeen, took the ginger guy a few weeks to understand that Punto alloy wheel nuts are not long enough and i needed coupe wheel nuts................................
