Good garage around Kings Cross/Camden

Hello, I will need some work done on a French Fiat 500 (headlight changes etc) and also a garage that can issue a statement confirming the car meets UK standards. Can anyone recommend a reasonably (fairly) priced and trustworthy garage around the Kings Cross area of London or somewhere in Camden?

I suspect the lights..and other part changes could be done with a little guidance yourself.. the rear fog light potentially the most awkward.

But a certificate..? maybe ask local council offices..
Often their vehicle maintenance yard will do MOTs for the public.
