Hi, Matt here. had my scudo 1.9d 99/00 van for just over four months now,havnt had a single problem with it but two weeks ago it started playing up. wouldnt start straight away, but when started fine, but then it wouldnt start at all, so i thought glow plugs/relay. but could here clicking on relay and had voltage to glow plugs. so changed glowplugs, still no start. ive changed, battery air and deisal filters, cleaned my egr valve, even changed the stop solinoid.still nothing, but now when i turn on ignition, my fuel gauge light on and it reading empty, i know it got juice in as i put half a tank in 2 days before.... any ideas i would welcome, many thanks matt.

best looking in scudo section, my 'hunch' is double relay or wiring (very very common issues)

Hi thanks for reply, yes the pump is getting fuel, if i sit and turn it over and over for ages then sumtimes it would start, and it ticks over lovely. ive notice'd that on the pump relay when i turn on ignition it close's like it should do, but then when i turn off ignition it stays on for a couple of mins, is this a normall operation? ( im a brickie so havnt got a clue lol) thanks matt.
