Technical Glowplug Flashing

After starting the glowplug motif starts to flash, then goes out again.
Will new ones cure this and are they easy to fit as in no bleeding or too much to remove?

yep a glow plug change should sort it.

if it still starts first time even on a cold morning then there is no need to worry about changing them asap.

you will need a glow plug wrench, and access if usually difficult, but apart from that its an easy job.

What if anything needs to be removed in order to fit the new glowplugs?

Now replaced, two out of the four were totally gone.
