General Glow plug light

We changed the clutch (strange job) after finishing now the glow plug light comes on for a few seconds, goes out as normal but when you start the engine it comes back on flashing for about a minute the goes out and stays out. But every time you start up does the same no matter how hot the engine is,

On a side not see you anyone can shed a light on this
Two cab lights in roof not working, go to change bulbs not blown check wiring 12volts on each check switch works put light fitting to standing battery lights works wire light back in doesn't work

What voltage do you get across the bulb terminals of the fitting with the bulbs removed? Are you sure the negative contact is a good earth?

The glow plug relay is trying to tell you something is wrong with one or more plugs, like a loose wire, corrosion in a contact or a dead plug.
It keeps doing that until the weather gets warmer, the relay has a temp tensor.

12 volts coming from the cab wires, connected multimeter to the power and earth wires turn the switch off and zero power so assuming the power is ok

So what voltage are you reading across the contacts when switched ON with the bulbs installed?
