General General help needed!

Hey guys so I’ve been looking for a UK based fan page for my MK2b sporting for help tips etc for best products to use for general maintenance such as, spark plugs, oil filters etc and also minor upgrades like intakes and exhausts seeing as pretty much all aftermarket stuff is manufactured for the 1.2L instead of the 1.4L

Any help would be great!

Ngk spark plugs from a motor factor not from some random ebay seller-loads of fake spark plugs about.

Shop4parts popular on forum and give discount to members who donate.

Filters Mann , Hengst, purflux

Don't mess with intake you will make it worse.

Exhaust up to you but you must keep catalyst. Personally standard is good. Money saved spend on good tyres and brake pads/discs

Ngk but the original works fine only replace if fails
