Thanks to this little bit of news I can quite safely say I won't be voting SNP next May. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever vote for Salmond to represent me as an MP. The problem is despite being a life-long lib dem supporter I'm not impressed with them either after their lack lustre and at times down-right dishonest performance over the past few years. I honestly have no idea who I'll be voting for and wish Screaming Lord Sutch was still alive. At least he was a bit of fun and some of his policies genuinely made our politicians think

I'm genuinely worried that after the surge in interest in Politics from this year everyone is going to be a bit meh come May quite simply because there is no party with even the slightest hint of integrity to vote for. They're all too busy stabbing each other in the back and going back on their promises to care about running the country successfully. And I mean all of them. Every. Single. One.

here endeth the rant

Could be worse I guess.

Like or loathe the guy he'll push the Salmond cause unlike the Eton boys club who seem to head up the main UK parties.

Fixed that for you.

IMO he's so intent on being the person who gained independence for Scotland he's lost sight of what is actually good for the country. He's done so many U-turns in the last few months I doubt he actually has a clue what he stands for anymore except guaranteeing his place in the history books
