Iv noticed from driving my bravo that when i'm changing down from 4th to 2nd, its really hard to get into 2nd gear can any one explain whats happening? its like i really have to ram it over and down into 2nd. help?

What happens if you double clutch it?
If you sit your gearstick in the middle and push it left or right does it return to the center?
Is it only 4th to 2nd thats a problem?

it pops back into the centre itself yes. when changing down from 4th to 3rd theres a tiny clunk goin into 3rd don't know if that helps but mainly going from 4th to 2nd its jst really hard to get into gear, i find myself having to ram really hard into 2nd which cant be doing any goood to the car but what can i do? whats double clutching?
Its 4th to neautral, release clutch, then apply clutch neutral to 2nd. Jug explained it better but cant find his post. Many articles if you search google about it.
Do you know what your gearbox oil level is? Could be thats needing renewed or topped up. I've never looked at mine (yet - jobs for summer) so cant tell you how to do it etc.

sounds like a synchromesh problem.
