Technical Gear Lubrication

Hi All ( apologies if this apears twice ), Can I lubricate the gears at home, I think the Gear box is running dry because it has a slight noise in the gear box and the gear stick is vibrating ( only slightly diferent from normal vibrations ). and it ( the gear box and gear stick feel warmer than before ).
If it is possible, how do I get lubricant into the Gear box, Is there a cap somewhere, and what sort of lubricant would be best to use
This is for my other Ulysse R reg 2.0

Hi all again, Something has happened now to the car, with the gears, It misses 1st 3rd and 5th Gears sometimes, not every time but just once ( or twice per trip )
2nd and 4th are not affected at all, also the gear stick / shaft seams to be slightly stiffer than before
what I am doing at the moment is say if i put it into 1st e.g at trafic lights, and try to set off the engine revs, but the car wont move so i quickly put it into nutral or second, then back into first then its ok I set off, then I go into second, no problem, then upto 3rd, but the same again engine revs but nothing so I either put it into nutral or 4th, and back into 3rd its fine then then upto 4th gear no problems, then upto 5th the problem happens again but i cant get 5th no matter what.
However if i dont get the problems with 1st and 3rd, 5th isnt a problem niether,
Does anyone have any ideas or help
would something need tightening anywhere or something
Any ideas help is greatly apresiated
