Greetings from Perth Western Australia. I own a 1973 124 sport which is getting rust repairs and recently bought a 1984 131 Supermirafiori. I’m looking forward to seeing some nice Fiats and learning about the cars I have along the way.

Greetings from Perth Western Australia. I own a 1973 124 sport which is getting rust repairs and recently bought a 1984 131 Supermirafiori. I’m looking forward to seeing some nice Fiats and learning about the cars I have along the way.

Back in the late 1980s I had a customer with a clean 131 Supermirafiori, it went well, sounded good with the twin side draught Dellorto carbs? the Pirelli Cinturato tyres were good in the dry, but I recall whilst out on a roadtest it just started to rain as I came up to a cue of traffic all stopped, I barely sniffed the brake pedal and all four wheels locked, with me skidding towards the last in the line, as nothing in the outside lane I came to a halt beside the last car, bit embarrassing but no harm done, but probably wouldn't recommend those tyres back then

Luckily mine has had a disc brake conversion. Hopefully that will help.
