i have a 95 fiat coupe turbo and i accidentally shorted out the cigar lighter, im trying to figure out where the fuse location is for my cigar lighter and radio...

does the horn and brake lights still work? on Tipos which coupe is descended from they're on the same fuse as cigar lighter and radio 
fusebox might be above the drivers feet on RHD at least, if it's finding it that's the problem?
