Hi everyone,
Thanks for the all the tips and guides on this forum, they've been a great help in keeping my 2016 Fiat 500 (1.2 E6) in good shape. Approaching 92k miles I decided to replace the injectors (irregular idle, excessive vibration etc) and found a good deal on 4 new Valeo.
When I tried to the disconnect the fuel pipe from the fuel rail the 2 plastic clips "quick release" literally broke off like they were made of sugar. I managed to replace the injectors with the fuel line attached no problem but now I am missing those 2 tabs, everything else in place and car now runs smooth as silk. Should I worry or can I just get along just fine without those 2 tabs? I would guess the fuel line will be secure unless those 2 tabs are pressed.
Thanks!
