Technical Fuel filter

Hi folks, ive been noticing that my 2017 panda pop cant pull the skin off rice pudding, and thinking to myself could it be the fuel filter, where about is the fuel filter located, i know some are under the car and some are in the engine bay.

There isn't one. Just a screen built into the fuel pump in the petrol tank.

Try cleaning the MAP SENSOR. its in the end of the manifold, left side as you look with the bonnet up. Also clean the VVT actuator if its a 69hp model. Carb cleaner does cleaning. Soak vvt actuator in good clean oil before reassembly.
