Just picked my Brava (1.4 petrol, P-reg)up from the garage today after some exhaust repairs and the injector light came on on the dashboard. This has happened a few times before but seems to reset itself when I switch off the ignition. It doesn't seem to affect the running. Today though, I had problems restarting the engine when I went to head home. It started after a few attempts but it obviously wasn't getting any fuel.

Tonight though, the problem seems to be gone but I know the light will come back on at some stage.

Also, since I've had the car, the temperature gauge has only climbed to just under a 1/4. The heaters got warm enough though. Today though, it's very cold here (-4) and the heaters are only getting luke warm and when I checked the hoses, they weren't pressurised and quite cool. Where is the thermostat on a 1.4?

What do you think could be wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Dale.

Change your thermostat. This will solve poor running, your needle will now raise to 1/2 way and you'll get toasty warm air into the cabin.
