On M1 earlier by Nottingham traffic slow's to a halt.After 10 min's of sitting there realised there must be a smash cause nowt were coming past on the northbound side.After crawling for over 5 mile's at walking pace in the distance see all blue flashing light's on the other side. Lorry jack-knifed clippin the barrier and 4 car's joined in too.Road blocked. Our side no blockage just sicko's slowing down to a snail's pace just incase they might miss some blood.After passing the scene they all return to normality and f@@k off at high speed.It took me nearly 1 hour to get past the accident.

yep i know what you mean, it happens everytime i go past ana ccident now aswell, last year a lorry left the motorway on the m6 and took a couple of cars with it - i got stuck in a 15 mile taleback all cos of rubber neckers!

shows that accident - ive never noticed though - it shows how many motorway accidents there have been today already: 60 today of which 7 have been cleared

I feel sorry for the poor bugger's still stuck in the jam.Nowt worse than been in a jam and gagging for a **** like i was early on headin south on the M1

Will be even wose as the accident will have cleared up and nothing to see why u were delayed!

Rubbernecking is a natural habit - you cannot help it even if you try to! You may look dead ahead but you are glancing. If the traffic was going fast and something caught your eye, like an accident on the other side - you would look - you cannot deny it as it been phycologically proved!

Its only because you are fuming at everyone else that make sure you dont look to prove a point!
