well spotted, I won one on EBAY but when it arrived it has Nissan stamped on it not having one to compare it too I was abit confused, and by the look of the above pic it aint the one ive got, so now I have to get another one

Remove the fuse at the right time

yes thats an idea and what i am supposed to do but the fuse back whenever rains ?well this weather here is better to leave the fuse where it is!

OK I also read a bit back that if you fit a 3-speed switch out of an Uno SX / Turbo, the motor stops on the last click. I can’t say it works for sure.

Failing that, you could always fit your own switch inline with the Motor’s +ve feed.
