10 minute job.
You will need to disconnect the two wires for the airbag and the passenger seatbelt sensor. Unhook the connections. They are under the seat at the front nearest the door. Before you do this, disconnect the earth terminal of the battery.
There are four Allen key bolts. 2 at the front and two at the rear. If you push the seat back and look at the floor at the front of the seat you will see the front two. Take them right out. Don't worry about the nuts, they are captive nuts and just move around underneath. They won't drop out.
Push the seat right forward and you will see one bolt near the centre facing up and near the door you will see two, the one nearest the door is a locating bolt, you may have to loosen it slightly, but you don't need to take it right out. Undo the other nut next to it and remove that and the seat will just lift out.
To refit, just put the seat back, line up the holes and push onto the locating nut at the back and then just do them up. Reconnect the electric connections and reconnect the battery.
You can literally do it in 10 minutes. DON'T FORGET TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY.
