Hi Andy;
No, Fiat did NOT design the front hub nuts to have a tab-washer to lock the adjusting nut---they are only 'peened' into the stub axle slot. Don't forget, right-hand thread for the n/s nut and LEFT-hand thread for the o/s nut.
