Hello I am new to this site. I have a marea 1.6 elx automatic transmission (2001). My problem is about front fog ligts. I couldnt find its fuse location at user manual. how can I find it? (when I press the button led is on but no lights)

Hello , have you tried the 2 usual places , main fuseboard where your right knee on the drivers side is and the smaller one under the bonnett just behind the right hand side front shock as you look at the car, hope this helps .

Thanks joker. I see the United Kingdom flag under your name. I see you are from there and your wheel is at the right side but mine is at the left :) I found two of the fuseboards and checked each of the fuse but it didn't help :( It must be somewhere else. Thank you for your reply again.

theres an obscure fuseboard just behind the radiator its connected to the battery tray, theres 6 or so relays and 3 fuses , yes i from there , and yes my steering wheel is on the correct side of the car- hahaha.

thanks Joker you really helped me : I am going to check behind the radiator. Bulbs are ok But it may probably about deformation on cables. because I remember that one of my angry moment I kicked the bumper and one of it worked :) and two days later I shut the bonnet down and the second one worked also but later two of them gone. So first I want to check the fuse but I couldnt find it. What an adventure and about the steering wheel : Yes I knew that something was wrong with my car :D

Hello Again
I finally solved the problem . thanks your help Joker I found the black box behind the radiator but the problem wasn't there ı found a cable socket between the black box and the fog lights . Problem was there. socket didn't work (oxidation ı think). So I cut the cables, take out the socket and connected the cables directly :D . it works now. My next step will be tha change the place of steering wheel:). Thanks for the manual offer I think you mean owner handbook. I have it
thanks for everything Bye
