Quick question for you:

A few weeks back I turned my fog lights on only to discover that they do not work! The light comes on on the dashboard to indicate that they are working but nothing else happens!

I haven't yet jacked the car up to have a look but does anyone know common faults for why they wouldn't be working? I can't imagine it's two blown bulbs although if nothing else fixes it then i'll have to try that!

Otherwise it's back to Fiat!!!

Cheers :)

Oh yeah, i've already checked the fuse which is fine :)

If both lamps have a common earth point has that become dissed matey? Check the resistance to earth on both lamps see if its a low resistance (bulb ok) or high resistance (bulbs may be ok but poor earth) If it very high resistance or O/C it could be the bulb/s

Im not sure about the electrical setup in the GP but if there's a relay for the fog lights and it's got a bad connection the light would show on the dash but the bulbs wouldn't light up.

Cheers guys! Will give it a go tomorrow afternoon/this weekend :)

Hopefully it's an Earth Fault because that's something I can most likely fix! I need the car OTR all next week without fail and with weather like we've got now I could really do with the fogs after having to take the Xenon's out after one of the bulbs blew!!! :(
