Technical Front ceiling lights problem

The front ceiling lights stoped working for some reason. They only light for less than a second on the first "igniton on". The back ceiling lights function as they're supposed to.

Any advices?

This problem on a Seat Leon proved to be worn out micro switches in the door lock. I tried cheap locks from eBay and then a much a more expensive lock from a specialist supplier, but eventually had to get a genuine lock which has now resolved the problem completely. You need to get the OBD port read / checked which should reveal all.

I forgot to say that neither the switches work .
