Technical Front bush

Can the bush in the front wishbones be replaced by themselves or does the whole wishbone need to be replaced?

Have changed whole wishbone when needed on mine, though did see the bush's sold as seperate items on a popular auction site if you have the tools to change just the required bush..if you choose to change complete wishbone you need to check the diameter of the horizonatal front bolt/bush as there are two different sizes available

You can change it.... only worth it if you have the kind of wishbones that have replaceable ball joint, or if the ball joint is still really tight.

My advice is replace the wishbone . Check model/vin number because there are some variants.
