Technical Front bumper trim removal

Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for removing the trim from the front bumper?

Specifically the parts in yellow - seems like they have teeth from both the bumper and the trim and I'm struggling to get them out.

Also the bumper lights - T30 screw similar to the bumper too right?

Sorry I should have been more clear, the bumper is off, the trim is just being tricky.

If there are no obvious clips/fixings/tangs on the rear then it's probably just stuck on with double sided or adhesive? Note removing it may harm the paint IE. pull it off?

I used a plastic trim removal tool and pushed it into the clip openings to separate the parts while pulling the broken trim off.
