Technical Front bumper removal

Has anyone on the forum removed a front bumper? I need to remove the headlights and understand the only way to do it is to remove the bumper....hints or advice anyone?

I'm not sure you need the bumper off. If you take out the front edge of the arch liner you should have enough access.
